The marathon course travels the perimeter of a wildnerness island in Lake Superior. Runners will enjoy old growth forests, white sand beaches, and mulit-colored 300 ft sandstone cliffs featuring far reaching views of Lake Superior. The 10 K features a scenic inland loop with 4 K of shoreline trail.
